This medieval building that has additions, which were added in the 17th and 18th centuries, is situated a short distance away from Siena and from the main road from Siena to Perugia. This beautiful farmhouse is located in a position that dominates the surrounding countryside of Chianti vineyards and the Sienese crete. A short distance away is the famous Brolio castles and many other medieval villages and farms of the Chianti.
There is an inviting pool (10X5 m)that is found in the grounds Around the pool there is furniture and hammocks where you can relax and enjoy your tranquil surroundings and the views of the Chianti that lay before you. The pool is shared with the owners.

The villa (size 180 sqm on ground floor) is made up of 2 individual non-intercommunicating houses, making it ideal for family groups.

Le Rondini (3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms)
The first house is a large house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large lounge has a large typical Tuscan fireplace for which wood is provided. In an angle of this room there is a fully fitted kitchenette. There is a terracotta floor and a high original wood beamed ceiling. From the right of the lounge you enter into a double bedroom that has an en-suit bathroom with tub
and shower. This room also has high ceilings with the original wooden beams and a terracotta floor. The windows look out across the Chianti. On the left side of the lounge a hall leads to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. The double bedroom still retains an original beautiful arch over the bed. This room has access to the garden in front of the house. Like the rest of the house the floors are of terracotta and the original wooden beams still grace the ceilings. At the end of the hall there is a twin bedroom which has a cupboard with the original stable doors. In the floor there is a small glass viewpoint which looks into the original cellar steps below the house.

La Loggia (2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms)
In front of the second house there is a large covered terrace which is ideal for eating al fresco. On entering the second house you find yourself in a living room which has a fully equipped kitchenette. A typical Tuscan fireplace for which wood is provided graces the room. The windows overlook a fantastic view of the Chianti hills and valleys. A short corridor leads from the living room to the bedroom area. There is a twin bedroom, which can be made into a double bedroom. This room has beautiful Tuscan beds, terracotta floors and a fantastic view. There is a bathroom with shower across the hall. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with tub. This room overlooks the pool and the Chianti hills beyond
The owners and their children stay on the first floor of the main building. They are available to help with all problems and requests.
